Hi,

I've loaded the photo tray with 4'' x 6'' paper.

However when I push the tray inside the printer It shows:

"Main Tray : A4 (options)
Photo Tray : 5'' x 7'' . (no options)"

This means that the printer is not recognizing the correct paper size.

Then when I use AirPrint to try to print a photo, I can only choose between A4 and 5x7.

Choosing 5x7 of course the pictures are printed incorrectly and cuted.

I already reset printer and devices, also updated the firmware.

Is this only happening to me? How can I force the printer to recognize the paper is actually another size?

Thanks,

Thanks for joining HP Community!

Were you able to select the correct paper size before?

Are you facing this issue after updating the App?

Are you using the HP Smart app to print?

Try the below steps to select the paper size using the HP Smart app.

Select the photo that you what to print.

Touch on print.

A new window will pop up.

Slide the window up, Touch the paper and select the paper size.

Touch on the back arrow on the top left.

Try to print.

Keep me posted, how it goes!
