Hi,
I've loaded the photo tray with 4'' x 6'' paper.
However when I push the tray inside the printer It shows:
"Main Tray : A4 (options)
Photo Tray : 5'' x 7'' . (no options)"
This means that the printer is not recognizing the correct paper size.
Then when I use AirPrint to try to print a photo, I can only choose between A4 and 5x7.
Choosing 5x7 of course the pictures are printed incorrectly and cuted.
I already reset printer and devices, also updated the firmware.
Is this only happening to me? How can I force the printer to recognize the paper is actually another size?
Thanks,

Touch on print.
A new window will pop up.
