HP Envy Photo 6252
Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I have a brand new, out of the box, HP Envy 6252 printer.  It will not print.  All pages come out blank.  Even tried the printer diagnostic report from Settings-Tools, and it also results in a blank piece of paper.

@Allie86, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Make sure the protective orange plastic tapes if any on the new ink cartridges are removed before inserting them in the printer.

Check the estimated ink levels to know if the printer is detecting both the ink cartridges.

On the printer control panel, touch the Ink icon to display the current estimated ink levels.

Clean the ink cartridges

Use the automated tool to clean the ink cartridges.

  1. On the control panel, touch the Setupicon.

  2. Swipe up on the display, touch Tools, and then touch Clean Cartridges.

A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

  3. Note: Perform 2 cycles of cleaning.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Report, and then evaluate the results.

  1. On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.

  2. Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.
