Is it possible to send me help to reboot the printer.  I notice from previous messages that HP support sends out private messages rather than a general reply.

 

It is an HP Envy Photo 7134 and manual states HP Envy Photo 7100 All in one series. The power is on and working and I've tried switching on off with cables out and the print out. . Printer starts the bootup process but doesn't get past the first stage - only the first of the 7 circles is lit up. As it is wifi only with no ethernet connection there appears to be nothing more I can do. HP scan doctor has not been able to help as it cannot "see" the printer.

 

I'm not sure if its reached the end of its life?? but t was working normally up to yesterday.

There has been absolutely no feedback on this problem.

 

Is it safe to assume I have to buy a new printer? 

 

Very annoying as its hardly been used. Will have to look at other brands.
