When I purchased my HP Envy Photo 7134 printer a couple of years ago it seemed to set up and print correctly (wirelessly) without problem. However, for a long time now it has always been offline when plugging in and switching it on, and nothing I have since tried allows me to print. I also cannot now seem to remove the printer from my computer, and re-install it, which I could do previously.
The printer information screen confirms that it is connected to the router, but my HP notebook continually tells me it is offline, a different message to the printer itself. My router appears to run both 2.4ghz and 5ghz, both of which appear to be 'on', having looked at the IP address details.
The printer itself also indicates that there are no updates required, being set for auto updates.
Before I recycle it and purchase a non HP printer that works, any assistance and suggestions in how to resolve the offline problem would be appreciated. I've tried numerous things from the HP site, and elsewhere, none of which actually work, including reconnecting the printer to the router - which is successful.
Thanks in advance of any suggestions.

Root level uninstall and reinstall printer drivers:

- Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
- Then press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
- Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
