I have an HP Envy Photo 7155. I keep getting the error code: 6201922A. Can only turn the printer off by unplugging it.  When I plug it back in the same page always prints, gets stuck in the printer, and the error code appears.

Hi @Mpo9902 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

HP Envy Photo 7155 Error codes on printers can be frustrating, but they often provide clues about what might be going wrong. The error code "6201922A" is not a standard HP error code, and it's possible that it could be a unique identifier for a specific issue.

Here are some general steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and the printer.
  • Turn on the printer.

Update Firmware:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your HP Envy Photo 7155. You can usually find this information on the HP support website. Updating the firmware may resolve software-related issues.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Make sure there are no paper jams in the printer. Open all access doors and remove any stuck paper.

Check for Obstructions:

  • Ensure that there are no foreign objects (paper clips, small pieces of paper, etc.) inside the printer that may be causing the issue.

Reset the Printer:

  • Perform a factory reset on the printer to restore it to its default settings. Be aware that this will erase any customized settings.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Uninstall the printer drivers from your computer and reinstall them. Make sure to download the latest drivers from the official HP website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
