The error keeps coming up even after disconnecting power and leaving it off.  HP Envy Photo 7155 Keeps getting Blue screen flashing lights with Error Code B3DC6BEB

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are getting an error message B3DC6BEB on your HP Envy Photo 7155 Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

I'm getting this error as well.  Please send me the reset instructions for my printer listed above.  Thanks.

First  - Reset the printer to factory defaults (https://www.hardreset.info/devices/hp/hp-envy-photo-7155/)

Second - Reconnect your printer to your WiFi network

Third - On your computer, go to (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-photo-7100-all-in-one-printer-series/907311...) - Make sure your Firmware for the Printer is up to date, also install the latest Software and Drivers for the device.

 

Doing the above process resolved my issues.  I am a CompTia Certified Computer Technician and ITIL 4 Foundations Certified.

I have HP envy photo 7100

I have similar problem with flashing lights and error codes

Resolves initially after turning printer off then back on again - printer works fine for a while then flashing lights and error codes again - different error codes each time.

I recently upgraded Dell Inspiron 14 from Windows 10 to Windows 11 three months ago but printer worked fine till a few weeks ago.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling all software to no avail

Can it be fixed or do i need new printer
