Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After a period of not using it, I set-up my HP ENVY Photo 7155 printer in again. Every time I turn it on (or try to print) it displays two error messages: Paper Jam, and Photo Tray Blocked. I've checked in the paper tray, in the roller tray, underneath the printer, etc..., but no blockage is present.

 

I've tried resetting the printer (unplugging when it's turned on), updating firmware, running HP Printer Diagnostics, etc... I'm out of warranty so any help/support anyone could offer me would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue. If you have already performed the steps from the document A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
