Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

HP Envy Photo 7855 starts to print and then stops and shows code 6201922A.  Have cleared paper jam from unfinished print.  It also has flashing light displays.  I have restarted, unplugged and restarted.  Tried 5 times.  Can't get it to reset and print.

Mine is not actually showing a code anymore.  It kept telling me I have a paper jam.  never did have that jam.  cleaned the rollers too.  Now, the printer acts like it is printing or copying, the paper comes out after all the noise of printing, but zero ink is laid down.  My insta ink account shows no problem with the ink levels.

Have tried all sorts of trouble shooting.  I am a 75 year old moderate user of laptop and printer.  Getting ready to print out tax return stuff and cannot print!  Has been going on a few days now.  

 

Isn't there an actual HP person  I can talk to?  There was a notice that  Windows 11 updates caused problems, but my problem was not specified.
