I can scan items and print in color. This is only using the printer it self. However, go to an outside source, nothing I do works.
Every document, photo, file printed in any kind of software can not print color.
I have reinstalled the print driver, I have gone through every setting in the print boxes, and I have also tried from three computers ( 2 macs and 1 pc) and all have the same results. No color printing, only prints in black and white.
I am at a lost of what to do.

Hi @GraphicDPhoto
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Are you able to make color copies ?
Meanwhile, try the below steps-
Check the print settings for your print job-
-
Open a document, click File, and then click Print.
The Print window opens.
-
Select the Paper Type/Quality or Media & Quality menu.
-
Depending on your print job, you might consider modifying the following settings:
-
Paper type: If one of the options matches your paper type exactly, select that option.
-
Quality: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your printouts, increase the print quality. To print more quickly, decrease the print quality.
To save your settings for future print jobs, select Save in the Presets menu, and then name the new preset.
-
Add the AirPrint printer to the Mac printer queue
Confirm you are using AirPrint by adding the printer in System Preferences.
-
Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.

-
Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, and then do one of the following steps.
-
If your printer is listed, remove and re-add the printer to confirm it is set up for AirPrint. Click the printer name, click the minus sign
to delete the printer, click the plus sign
, click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name and then continue to the next step.
-
If your printer is not listed, click the plus sign, click Add Printer or Scanner, click the name of your printer, and then continue to the next step.
-
If your printer is not listed in the Add Printer or Scanner window, go to the Frequently asked questions in this document to resolve connection issues, try to add the printer again, and then continue to the next step.
-
-
Confirm AirPrint or Secure AirPrint displays in the Use or Print Using menu, and then click Add.

Open a document or photo, click File, and then click Print.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thanks for trying to help but this was already done. I checked it again to be sure but everything is set up correctly.
Also, all dialog boxes when I print are all checked for color even the ones that are hard to find.

Ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:
And then try and print
