Can't get my printer, (HP Envy Pro 6455), to work every since I cancelled the ink subscription.  I installed new HP ink cartridges from the store and now I have a blinking orange E O.  Also, it says my printer is off line.  It will let me print an information page just fine.  PLEASE HELP!  HP support has be NO help at all.

Hi @lankysgirl,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Here's what you need to know & do:

If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.

That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

when done successfully, check if it works fine.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thank you for responding.  I already purchased a new non HP printer.  The HP "support" is horrible especially after your warranty has expired.  The virtual assistant is worthless too.
