I am sick & tired of this problem!  It's been going on for a year and I've done everything under the sun to fix it.  When is HP going to do something about this?!  Send an update patch or something . . . I REFUSE to throw another printer into  a landfill somewhere.  For cryin' out loud HP - you people can fix this so do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

When you plug your printer you may see “General Printer error 0x61011bed- refer to documentation” error message on your computer screen. This error may occur when there is an issue with print head. ... Properly clean the printer head with until there is no ink coming out. Now let the printer dry.
