Product: Ink tank wireless 415
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP ink tank wireless 415, error shows "Cartridge Stall" and number 3 in displayed followed by orange lights blinking simultaneously on the display of the printer, the printer is in a warranty period.

even after trying all the online Solutions given by hp Community and self opening and checking if the paper is stuck but have never seen such. Any other solution provided from you would be a boon for me. Also suggest in this Lock down situation due to corona virus pandemic how could I replace or any service man you could arrange if possible to solve this issue.

If you have already performed the steps from the document An 'E3' Error (Carriage Jam) and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
