Hi @SAURABH72 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to perform a full reset on your HP Ink Tank Wireless 419 printer using the printer buttons, follow these steps:

  1. Turn on the printer.
  2. Press and hold the Cancel button and Wireless button together for about 5 seconds. The Power button light will start blinking.
  3. Release the buttons when the Power button light starts blinking.

This should reset the printer to its factory default settings.

Regarding the issue of black and white prints appearing blue when printed from your mobile device, this could be due to a few different reasons:

Color settings: Check the color settings on your mobile device and make sure it is set to print in black and white or grayscale.

Printer settings: Ensure that the printer settings are correctly configured to print in black and white. Sometimes, printers default to color printing, so you may need to change the settings manually.

Ink levels: If your printer is low on black ink, it may try to compensate by mixing other colors, resulting in a blue tint. Check the ink levels and replace any cartridges that are low.

Driver or software issue: Make sure that the printer drivers on your mobile device are up to date. Sometimes outdated drivers can cause printing issues.

I hope this helps.
