Dear HP team,

I recently purchased an HP genuine ink cartridge and on installation a pop up box appeared asking me to claim my rewards. However, I accidently closed the pop up box without reclaiming the reward. Is there any way in which I could make the box reappear and reclaim the reward?

Since you are not able to claim it now, I would request you to contact HP phone support by following these steps to try and get the issue resolved.

 

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect

Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number, Case number and phone number appear.

They will be happy to assist you immediately.

 

Hope this helps.  Let me know how this goes. I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great.  🙂  Please reach out for any issues and I'll be there to assist you. 🙂

I am just now informed by HP Chat Technician Harjit that there is no Rewards Offer for any printer except Grand Tank series printer. He also informed me that the Claim Reward page pops up after installing genuine Hp ink Cartridges on any other printer because the software has not been update. If this is correct, are Hp customers allowing Hp to collect printer details for no useful purpose for the customer?
