I bought a brand new printer HP Ink Tank 315. I have downloaded and installed the application software IT315 for Windows 10 64 bit. Now my problem is every time it prints about 4 to five copies. The red light blinks and the error says paper loading error. I am using substance 20 copy paper but the error is intermittent and I am annoyed on this printer. Please help me.

I tried all the above instructions and for now I can print about 20 multiple copies but it remains to be seen. I have already printed 40 copies on a 8.5 in. x 13 in. substance 20 bond paper and it worked well. I am now out of ink so I have to purchase refill ink but it will take sometime becuse I have to order from another city as the shop here in our place doesnt have on stock as it is a new product

I have already tried all the suggestions and all troubleshooting methods but still the error or false error persists. There must be a glitch on the software or just truly a factory defect. I know troubleshooting on printers and I already have experience in printer servicing but I his one, I'm fed up and I will NOT recommend buying your product HP Inktank 315 to my company/office if you will not be able to resolve this error. It is very annoyong. After 5 to 10 pages of printing, the printer reports a false paper jam error.
