HP Ink Tank 415 Color Ink Cartridge Failure Issue, but it system information page on printer reset

HP INK Tank 415

I Have HP Ink Tank 415 printer, age appx 1 year. Hardly, i have printed 500 pages. Printer claims to be print 14000 pages with full ink tank.

Issue: Color cartridge shows Ink Cartridge Failure message. While checking, i found that error message is that Cartridge is not found.

When I do a reset using Power Button + Cancel button, first time, it prints a colorful page with system information, later on, it comes back to error mode.

Ink Tank are full.

I have tried all proposed solution mentioned on other pages. Still issue is same.

Is this any technical issue or HP Really Smart (not HP Smart) to lock cartridge after a certain period?

Please suggest any solution.

Hi @Jai19,

If you have already performed the steps from the document An 'Incompatible' or 'Ink Cartridges Missing' Error Message Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
