HP Ink Tank 415 E2

Hello,

I have HP Ink tank 415 for a few years and today when I used a copy function, the printed sheet wasn't printed to the end, there's like 2cm blank where should be the text and the printer shows E2 error. Tried unplugging from the power, that didn't help. Printing and normal scan works good.

I understand that you are getting an E2 error, I am glad to assist you.

• An E2 error occurs when the printer attempts to print a single-page or multi-page print job, and the paper length selected in the print settings does not match the length of the loaded paper. The printer then prints out the first page with errors.
• You can resolve the error by canceling the print job, and then changing the print settings in the printing software.
• Press the Cancel button to cancel the print job or clear the error.
