It sounds like the wireless router is blocking or not able to forward multicast packet (Bonjour). Please contact your internet service provider or router manufacturer and check if the router is able to forward multicast packet.

One possibility is that the printer's server certificate has expired. To resolve this issue please follow the directions outlined in the document "'Encryption Credentials Expired' Error Displays".
