Hello

I am not successful in getting a quality print (black or color) irrespective of several attempts even after cleaning the printhead

 

Details:

HP Ink tank 419

Windows OS / 

Lenovo Ideapad 540s

 

Note:

1. It was working fine few weeks back

2. Tried refilling the black ink as well but no result

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing and Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
