Hi @Abdinho,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code "62.11.38" on your HP Inkjet 75050 printer indicates an internal communication failure. This error usually suggests a problem with the printer's internal components or communication pathways. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Power Cycle the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from the printer.
  3. Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  4. Plug the power cord back into the printer.
  5. Turn on the printer.

Check for Firmware Updates

  1. Go to the HP support website and check for any available firmware updates for your printer model.
  2. Download and install the latest firmware if available.

Re-seat Internal Components

If you are comfortable doing so, try re-seating the internal components like memory modules or any internal communication cables. This step requires opening the printer, so proceed with caution or seek professional help if necessary.

Reset the Printer to Factory Settings

  1. On the printer control panel, go to the Setup menu.
  2. Navigate to the Restore Factory Defaults option.
  3. Confirm the reset. Note that this will restore the printer to its original factory settings, and you may need to reconfigure the printer settings afterward.

Check for Hardware Issues

  1. Inspect the printer for any obvious signs of hardware issues, such as loose cables or connectors.
  2. Ensure that all covers and doors are securely closed.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
