HP Recommended
Product: HP Photosmart 7525
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

My printer will not accept my paper. It sends a message "HP recommends ColorLok papers for best printing results". How can I fix this as also I need to print a DVD label and it will not let me print anything as it keeps sending such message. Can you please help?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried with the different paper type?

(Refer to Paper-handling specifications)
