I signed up for Instant Ink when I purchased my printer over a year ago. It is an inkjet printer (HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer), but I do more printing on our laser printer, so I have yet to insert all Instant ink cartridges. I replaced the Magenta cartridge a couple of months ago, and I have had error messages pop up daily stating there are problems with the cartridge (either missing or damaged), but I have done all possible troubleshooting. The number on the cartridge is C2P59A, and it is a 951. Unfortunately, it states the warranty ended 09/2017, but I barely used it, if at all. I know my printer works fine, but I’m not sure how to exchange that cartridge for one that works. Can anyone please help me? There doesn't seem to be an easy way to exchange this. Thank you!
