The Instant Ink black cartridge I received months ago does not work in my printer, I get the "remove and reinstall" error and have tried all of the troubleshooting tips I've read on the forums. The black cartridges that I have purchased on my own from Target in the interim have worked just fine so it seems it is a cartridge issue. How do I get a replacement black cartridge shipped to me?

To isolate the issue you need to try few troubleshooting steps before we can replace the ink cartridge.
Make sure the ink cartridges are correctly installed
Clean the electrical contacts
