HP OfficeJet 6954 All-in-One Printer

My printer recently stopped working. When I try to print I get an error message "HP Instant Ink Problem" Cannot print, visit www.hpinstantink.com

 

When I go to HP Instant Ink. My account shows 2 printers:

1. HP 6954 that is subscribed to Instant Ink, but not connected to the internet

2. HP 6950 that is not subscribed to Instant Ink, but is connected to the internet

 

I only have a 6954.

I tried adding the 6950 to my plan, but it will not let me.

It seems like your HP printer is configured to work with HP Instant Ink. I will need a few additional details to help you with this.

 

I request you to share all the details in a private message.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

• Registered email address and the serial number of the printer.
