Hello,

 

I know this is not probably the best place to share this, but I'm really getting frustrated with HP support, I've subscribed HP InstantInk service probably 4 months ago, altough I've only inserted the color cartridge some weeks ago.

 

After inserting the cartridge the printer did not recognized it and keeps asking me to contact support, my frustration is exactly that, I'm not able to get in touch with InstantInk support since I live in Portugal and the support only works at business hours, and on business hours I'm also on my business hours making it me impossible to ask for support.

 

I can't find any email, phone, chat bot or PO box for me to be able to request support. Does anybody had the same issue? How did you manage to get support on this issues?

Is your printer connected to the internet all the time?

 

Have you tried checking with a regular ink cartridge? Does the issue persist?

 

Try removing and reinstalling the ink cartridges on the printer.

 

Clean the ink cartridge contacts.

 

“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data.  Any issues will be shown with steps to fix.  Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com

 

Please share out few details in a private message, so I can check your account details and initiate an order to ship you the replacement ink cartridges at an express shipment.

Hi @A4Apollo, first of all thank you for your reply 🙂

Answering to your questions: 

  • My printer is always connected to the internet
  • I've already tested a regular cartrigde , the regular one works
  • already removed cartrigdes, BW and color, did not work
  • cleaned cartridges contacts, did not work also
  • I've also checked the state on my HPInstantInk page, only BW cartridge is ok, color says something as need to change, clean or contact support
