I'm an HP Instant Ink member; I have been completely out of ink for at least a month now and have not received any cartridges. The last cartridge listed as posted to me merely states that it arrived in UK on 1st June; I have not received it. Please, please let me know how to contact them to ask for a replacement cartridge! I have been round and round in circles for weeks! :Crying:

 

A replacement is not being automatically generated because my status is being shown as 'fine and dandy' (presumably because I removed and threw away the empty cartridge). However, a delivery should have been triggered way before zero ink and I believe that relates to the cartridge that arrived in the country on 1st June but was never delivered to me.

 

Please HP, add a contact telephone number, an online chat option and, at the very least, an email address enabling us to contact you, instead of hiding behind an impregnable wall of binary code!

 

Thank you in advance for any replies... this is my last hope!

Sorry to hear about your shiping problem.  There is a phone number on the UK Instant Ink page.  Give them a call and hopefully they can work it out.
