It looks like you were interacting with @MKazi, but he is out for the day & I'll be glad to help you out, I'm the Riddle_Decipher & I'm at your service (Like a Genie without magic powers) 😉
I reviewed your concern and the entire conversation, did some research and here's what you need to know:
Will I get cartridges every month?
No, you will only get cartridges when your printer tells us you need them. HP Instant Ink cartridges are extra high capacity, and they contain months-worth of ink depending on your usage. You can print as much as you want as long as you are enrolled in HP Instant Ink.
The cartridges are automatically shipped when your printer is close to running out of ink, you can still use it with the reserved ink before the cartridges reach your place.
Although, since you are in need of the cartridges and you've been waiting long, I've placed an order with a priority shipment and it should be delivered to you within 2-3 days.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
I am not an employee of HP, I am a volunteer posting here on my own time.

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂
Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.
I understand that your HP Officejet 6500 All-in-One Printer is enrolled for the instant ink service and you have not received the ink cartridges. Not to worry, I'll be glad to assist you with this case.
Since the instant ink account information is confidential, I have sent you a private message asking for your instant ink account information. This information will help me to assist you further.
Please feel free to reply.
Cheers! 🙂
