Hi @Shariff3,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

If you're facing issues with connecting your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127 to your new Dell laptop running Windows 11, here are some steps you can take to resolve the problem:

Check Compatibility:

  • Ensure that your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127 is compatible with Windows 11. You may need to check HP's official site for any compatibility information regarding drivers for Windows 11.

Driver Update:

  • Download the latest printer drivers compatible with Windows 11. You can visit the HP Software and Driver Downloads page and enter your printer model to find the appropriate driver. Install the driver on your new laptop.

Connection Check:

  • Make sure that the printer is properly connected to your laptop. This could be via USB, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet. If using a wireless connection, ensure the printer is connected to the same network as your laptop.

Windows Printer Setup:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners on your Windows 11 laptop. Check if the printer is listed. If not, click "Add a printer or scanner" and follow the instructions to add your printer.

Troubleshoot:

  • Use Windows Troubleshooter to identify and fix any issues:
    • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
    • Run the printer troubleshooter to detect and fix problems automatically.

Firmware Update:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for the printer, as it may resolve compatibility issues with Windows 11.

Take care and have an amazing day!
