Hi all,

I was doing a FW update that went stuck for more than 30 minutes. When it finished the printer had this message in the display:

"A problem has occurred with a critical system file. A printer update will be installed to fix this problem."

The printer just stays in this state, nothing happens more. In the computer the printer state is offline.

I tried to unplug the power cable, usb cable, reboot after wait for many minutes and retry, retry, ... but nothing happens. The printer is damaged.

Does anybody had this problem already or have any clues to solve this?
