Wireless network test report shows all Good!  can ping printer and HP Smart not showing any negative status.  Have ran through reboots and Debrie checks.  Latest firmware on printer.  So wifi light is solid, power light is solid just the attention light is blinking non-stop.

I understand the blinking attention light on your HP LaserJet M110w typically indicates an issue that needs attention. Since you've already checked and confirmed several aspects like the wireless network connectivity, firmware, and HP Smart app status, here are a few more steps you can try to resolve the issue:

 

Restart Printer and PC:

  • Turn off the printer, wait for 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • Restart your computer as well to refresh its connection to the printer.

Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions:

  • Even if it's not printing, ensure there are no paper jams or any obstructions inside the printer that might be causing the attention light to blink.

Reset the Printer:

  • Perform a power reset by disconnecting the power cord from the printer while it is powered on, waiting for about 60 seconds, and then reconnecting the power cord.

Update Printer Driver:  Software and Drivers for HP LaserJet M110w Printer

  • Sometimes, outdated or corrupted printer drivers can cause communication issues. Ensure you have the latest printer driver installed on your PC. You can download the latest driver from the HP website.

Check Printer Settings via Embedded Web Server (EWS):

  • Access the printer’s EWS by entering its IP address in a web browser. From there, check if there are any alerts or settings that need attention.

Factory Reset (if necessary):

  • As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on the printer to restore it to its default settings. Be aware that this will erase any custom settings you have configured.t
