Hello, control panel is off, wireless lamp and 3 lams right from control panel blinking, printer is initializing every couple of seconds. After a couple of days in this state, everything is fine again, control panel is on, lights are off and the printer works just fine. This for couple of hours and then again the initial situation. New firmware is uploaded and reset is done, nothing helps. Should I open the printer and change some hardware? The Bluetooth or power supply maybe?

Hi @LuckyMichael,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your printer.
A) Please follow the steps below to perform a power drain on the printer.
1) Take out the cartridges
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Remove the cartridges > Unplug the power cord > Wait for 30 seconds > Plug the power cord back in > Insert the cartridges
B) Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the printer firmware and let me know if that resolves the issue.

Thank you, Irvin6 for your reply!
Unfortunately this does NOT resolve the issue!
I opened the control panel and the right cover, where the electronic boards are mounted.
I have disconnected and connected again the gray cable between the electronic board and the control panel.
In parallel I have pushed and pulled the small battery soldered on the back side of the control panel board.
Through these 2 actions I was able to resolve the issue, at least for now - since 2 days.
The printer is working properly and without this error anymore.
This information may be helpful for somebody in the same situation in the future.
Best wishes!
