Hi! Printer is a HP Laser MFP 135a
I turn on the power, and the screen shows "System Initialise". After a few seconds it changes to "Wait Image".
On a Windows PC, I used usblist2.exe to install MFP135series_3inOne_WorldWide_V3.82.01.19_DS.hd
On the printer it says: Program error Power Off/On.
I downloaded the firmware from the hp website
I cannot connect to the printer using HP Smart on either Windows - perhaps because the Wait Image message is there?
I conclude that I need a way to perform a Factory Reset (to revert to the original device drivers) - but I cannot do this from any HP software, because it won't connect.
Please help me
