Printer: HP Laserjet M110W
Cartridge: HP 141A
My printer was low on ink and stopped printing anything other than the printer status sheets saying "printer cannot print - ink low". So i purchased a new cartridge, and replaced it (HP 141A cartridge). I turned off the printer fully, unplugged it, re-plugged it in. It still only prints these printer status sheets. The status sheets now indicate that the ink is normal, but it doesn't say why it won't print? It keeps directing me to the HPSmart page but it doesn't tell me the issue.

If anyone stumbles on this post - I did fix the issue by doing a factory reset of my printer. The steps to perform the factory reset will depend on your printer - refer to the link below for steps.

Before you do the factory reset - a few considerations that may or may not be relevant to you. After I set it back up - it prompts me to register it, but it failed (probably because it was already originally registered). When I checked my HP account, it's no longer listed there (due to factory reset). The message said that due to the inability to register it, I can't use HP's other cloud & printing features available on the app (I personally never used any of the HP bells & whistles on the app - but in case you do, this might not be the best approach for you). So it's like this printer is flying "off the HP grid" so to speak. Maybe I could re-link it to my account, but I didn't try it (it's finally working, I'm not messing with it anymore). I'm finally able to print again, we'll see how long it lasts.
