Hello. I am writing to tell about a problem i've occured with my HP printer and here's everything:
So, I was just casually printing, and printing until power goes out when the paper was about to go in the printer to print out but didnt't get enough time (it didn't get jammed). And after the whole outage for 1-2 seconds, the printer all it says is printer cannot print or action required, but i'm not clear what exactly is it, since it's not pointed out and my HP account is not loading, when opening it in the HP Smart app, and also it says that approximate volume thingy shows the bar as red lines and looks empty but I have the cartridge and it has 60% left or something.

I would really love a response, i'm not sure if the problem is the network, printer itself or HP+ (i don't know what even that is), so I wish HP could tell me the answer to this problem, cuz there's no fixes online.

Thank you,

Waiting for your response, HP.

May I get a step by step cuz I clearly don't know what am doing lol?

Open a web browser, enter printer's IP address in the address bar, log in as administrator, if asked for password use PIN that is on white label inside toner cartridge door, reset the printer to factory defaults, connect printer to wi-fi and register back to HP+ like you just bought it.
