Hello, I own a HP LaserJet M324sdwe printer and I always used it correctly fro printing (via Wi-Fi) from my PC and my Android cell phone. Since last tuesday the printer doesn't print anymore from my WIndows 11 PC (it keeps on printing correctly from my phone). The problem is that when I launch a print, the print is sent to the printer, the motor which loads the papaer starts to spin but after a couple of seconds the print has automatically removed from the spool and no printout is issued...this happens regardless the program I print from (PDF, Word, Photoshop etc.). I tried several times to uninstall and re-install HP Smart but nothing changed...Any help?
Thanks

See if windows has corrupted files.
SFC and DISM are both tools that scan and repair corrupted system files. However, SFC uses a cached version of the files, while DISM uses the internet to download and fix the files.
Try the SFC first and if it gives a message that it cannot fix the problem then try the DISM tool.

usually the HP print and scan doctor is what I would recommend but it has a security problem that was just discovered. If you have it try to run it. Alternately Microsoft has a printer debugger
Printing from your smartphone works but windows fails is unusual. Possibly our printer expert @Repairatrooper might have an idea.

Look at the printer properties and see if it is trying to use the correct input tray.
Try uninstalling and re-installing the windows 11 driver. Here is the uninstall proceedure:
Run the following app from the command line
printui /s |
Remove all references to the HP printer.
Install the new driver and then search for the printer. I think you have the m234sdwe and not the 324
Driver for win11
all other software (select win11 and click the open all)
