Product: LaserJet Pro M454

I'm receiving an error I've not come across before on a HP LaserJet Pro M454.  The initial error stated "MFG Mode".  After attempting to reboot and factory reset, I started getting additional errors.  I attempted to search the internet for the error codes, but no luck. Hoping someone could provide some insight.

Hello,

 

Hope you are fine, that seems to be an error code related to the main board of the printer, the recommended step is to turn the printer off , unplug from electrical source, while disconnected, open and close the cartridge door 7 times, then turn the printer back on. 

 

repeat the same sequence with the printer on, open and close the cartridge door 7 times and the printer should be a able to restart or print a test page.

 

If the issue persist, its recommended to take the printer into one of our authorized service providers.  list of centerrs
