Before engaging a service center, you will want to try performing a cold reset and a format and reinstall of the firmware. This is all done through the pre-boot menu, instructions for access are included in the Firmware readme file that you download from the same place as the firmware. Once in the pre-boot menu, go to administrator>startup options and select cold reset. Then go to administrator>format hard drive. Finally, administrator>download to reinstall the firmware.

In the preboot menu there are also diagnostics that you can run to confirm that your hardware is good. The diagnostics show both a hard drive and an EMMC drive, but your system will only have one and the missing one will show a failure. Most 506 series products shipped with an EMMC drive. You can confirm by removing the formatter door and if you do not see a standard 2.5" harddrive then you have an EMMC.
