Hello,

 

in the company where I work there is an HP LaserJet P2015dn printer. In recent days, the printer has returned from a repair, during which the formatter board was replaced. From now on, any job sent to the printer by a user who has access to it ends up automatically holding the job and having to manually pass it through the printer configuration page. The printer then prints the job. How can I solve this problem so that jobs print automatically without having to move them manually?

 

I will add that Windows 10 does not have the "Pause Printing" option enabled or an offline printer in the print queue
