HP LaserJet P2035
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a client whose HP P2035 connected via USB has stopped printing. The print jobs go to the Spool\PRINTERS folder but do not print. The files left in PRINTERS folder are .TMP files. I have tried different drivers, universal driver PCL5 and PCL 6 but nothing allows it to print. The computer can print to a computer shared USB P2035 on a different computer. I moved the working printer to this computer and it still will not print. I suspect the issue is with the USB ports, Windows spooler and I did try a different USB cable. The printer is detected when the USB cable is removed and reconnected. I ran the Windows troubleshooter and nothing is found. I renamed the W32X86 and x64 and  folders in the drivers folder to test, folders were recreated when starting the spooler service but still could not print. It is running Windows 10 20H2 version and all updates have been applied. Please advise if anyone has seen this issue and how I can resolve it.

Thank you,
