Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Cleaning the printhead, Updating the printer firmware and Cleaning the ink cartridges may resolve this issue. Let us try these steps:
Step 1: Clean the printhead
-
From the home screen on the printer control panel, press the Setup button
.

Press the down arrow
to select Tools, and then press OK.
-
Press the down arrow
to select Clean Printhead, and then press OK.
The printer cleans the printheads and then prints a test page.
Step 2: Update the printer firmware
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Step 3: Perform the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this document.
