Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

One day my printer just stopped working, now when I turn it on the touch screen is black with a orange caution light blinking at the top as well as a green almost circle icon blinking as well. What is going on with this printer?

Google factory reset for this model.  See if it works.

The screen is completely blacked out after it turns on there are only the caution light blinking orange the green almost circle icon blinking green next to it and the ? Mark is lit up. No other options available
