We have a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148fdw that is not aligned and manual alignment via the settings is not fixing the issue. We have also tried taking out the imaging drum and toner and this is also not fixing the issue. I currently have it on -20 and it is still cutting off half of our documents. Please aid our frustration...heeelllpppp.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand you have alignment issues with your printer, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make any changes to your printer?
  • Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?
  • What's the application you are trying to print from?
