Hi,
i have HP Laserjet Pro MFP M26nw, it was installed via network and working very good, but now its not printing, i have reinstalled my printer on my PC , while installing the HP Laserjet Pro MFP M26nw driver, when it comes to put the IP address of the printer, i add an IP address manually and its not finding the printer IP, when i click on automatically search ip then setup find the printer IP address.
Printer installed successfully with automatically search ip, i can scan my document from printer via IP address but i cant able to print from my PC to printer, i have done many things but all is in vain, please tell me what to do ?

Do you get an error when installing? What driver are you trying to install? Have you confirmed that the printer physically works by printing a test page from the control panel of the printer?

Yes i received an error while installing, as i told you that HP software is not finding printer IP, when I install that printer on other system, Hp software find IP and install that printer without any error, its something on PC and what is that, i do not know?
Yes printer physically working fine, 5 users are using that printer and they can print without any error.
i install driver from CD, then from internet and via window update also , but not working for me.
scanning is working but i cant print to that printer.
Please tell me what to do??
