Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w Printer

I have a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w, the printer appears to be completely unable to connect to my computer and cannot print or scan. Despite being properly USB connected, it just does not work. The display shows an "HP" text blinking and the power led is also blinking. It seems to be completely bugged. I tried to reset it by unplugging it from the power outlet but it turns on with the same problem. Please help me.
