Product: HP LaserJet m234sdw

Issue is as described in the subject, HP LaserJet m234sdw "spinning circle w/ letters rd next to it" error.  I have tried all basic troubleshooting tactics as well as updating the firmware.  Nothing has worked.  I have tried troubleshooting on different computers through USB and computers can detect the printer, but that is about it.  I wanted to RMA it or something, but store would not take it back and I do not believe it is under warranty anymore.  I got a laser printer because we do not print much and I wanted something reliable for when we did....  Printed maybe 5-10 times over a year and now this error.

The error shows right on power on and remains.  It does not go through any of it's startup routine.
