Has anyone experienced the following problem? I am attempting to print a document from MS Word (v 16.65) that was created using the Word Avery 11137 label template. My LaserJetProM203dw WILL print the document onto plain paper either through the supply tray, or the manual feed tray, but it WILL NOT print the document onto the Avery 11137 labels (pre-perforated labels on very light card stock). It WILL print other Word documents onto the Avery 11137 card stock, no problem. 

 

This is a new problem but I'm not sure what has changed---I have printed using these templates, onto these pre-perforated sheets MANY times in the past with no problem, suddenly today, it will run the label sheet through the printer, but not even the slightest hint of the document image is transferred to the label sheet.

 

So at this time I'm able to print everything OTHER THAN what I want to print, onto the Avery 11137 pre-perforated card stock.  Any suggestions?  Mac OS 10.15.7 (Catalina) 2020 MacBook Pro.  Thanks for any light any one can shed light on this problem!
