hello My hp printer MFP M26nw not initialized, stuck on the initialization state and its motor not work, after few second its scaner move and nothing. By permanent reset no solved."
Exactly like "jamejam72" wrote. I too, tried hard reset (plug off and plug in after awhile). Did not work. Stuck on "initializing". The printer is connected with a USB cable.
Also, the wifi -button glows blue and I cannot turn it off (therefore I assume the USB cable is "turned off" because the wifi button is on). The keypad does not respond at all. Except for the power button. So, I cannot use printer´s menu to reset.
