Product: HP LaserJet Pro 300 color MFP M375nw
Hi I have had this laserjet pro since 2014. As an ex employee I am loyal to HP. It has developed a sensor issue where the paper constantly doesn't pick up and the only way I can get it to work is to open the back cover and wait a minute and then close it. I had a guy out to it and he said the sensor is gone and cannot be replaced. It is really annoying and I have the replacement cartridges 305A CE411A to use up.
Has anyone else had this issue? And if so is it a scrapage situation and if so can I buy another which will use the same cartridges. All help gratefully received.
