HP Laserjet pro m29w
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently purchased an HP Laserjet pro m29w. For the past 2 months it has worked great, now, when i need it most... i am getting an error that IT WILL NOT PRINT, due to DOOR OPEN.

there is no door open. Why would HP program in an error like this to stop printing???

I found something in a user group where an alleged HP support person said to unplug, from back and from the wall. i have done that no less than 3 times...

so, right now, after about only 10 weeks of owning the printer it is not working.

HELP!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

Also, let's do a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Let me know if this helps.

Have a great day!
