I have problem with error : Rear door open

 

where is the sensor for this model

If you are standing behind the printer it is on the right hand side, same as the connections for usb and network. The physical switch is mounted to the controller board and a plastic acutator closes the switch when the door is closed. Removing the side panel will show give you access.

I put tissue paper in there.

The plastic in the back cover was broken.

Now it is working.
